Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the jewelry is protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
